Honey: cups to grams
Honey is heavy for its volume: a cup weighs about 340 g, well over the 237 g of a cup of water. Weighing it straight into the bowl is also far less messy than scraping out measuring cups.

Weigh it in
Put the bowl on the scale, press tare, and pour honey in until you reach the weight. No sticky cups to wash.
Other syrups
Maple syrup and corn syrup are a little lighter (about 312 g per cup) and molasses about the same as honey (340 g). Find each one in the calculator.
Weights are for a level US cup (236.6 ml), spooned in, based on standard US baking references. Weighing will always be more accurate than any cup.
